Robocoaster ballet

A futuristic atmosphere, combined with spectacular choreography in the hot rhythms of salsa, rock, dancefloor or a stately waltz: this represents one of the main attractions at the Futuroscope theme park near Poitiers in France. The stars of the show: 10 KUKA Robocoasters which synchronize their ride programs with the music. And making a guest apperance: adventurous visitors, who can choose their ride program themselves. There are five styles of music to choose between, each available in three levels of intensity. This means that there something for everyone to enjoy. The original choreography by Kamel Quali is projected onto a screen, reinforcing the overall futuristic impression.

The Robocoaster ballet is a big hit with the park visitors, who number around 1.5 million every year. The park operator even registered an increase in the number of visitors by around 20 percent – due to the Robocoaster attraction alone.
